Online Music Lessons
Lessons are available on Piano, Flute, Clarinet and Saxophone.
Length of Lesson
Lessons are 30 minutes. You will have a fixed time each week during term time and times will vary during the school holidays.
Zoom Lessons or Skype Lessons
Most lessons are delivered via Zoom, however some pupils prefer to use Skype.
Equipment required for the lessons:
- A laptop or a tablet for your video lesson as a phone screen isn’t big enough.
- Have Google Classroom open and ready for the lesson.
- Have a pencil so that you can write things down in your book.
- Have a metronome app available to use.
- Make sure that you have all the correct books and sheets that are needed for the lesson.
Google Classroom
At the end of each lesson an assignment is set on Google Classroom to help the pupils focus their practice. There is an opportunity for them to make recordings of their pieces and scales and upload them to Google Classroom.
